Question 1: How many times per day can I use Aerius? Can I use the product every day? Can Aerius be used several times a day?

Question 2: ...I’m 32 now and I had my first asthmatic episode two years ago, when I visited someone with three dogs in their home. I tried allergy shots for my grass allergies this past year for the first time, and they were somewhat effective. I took antihistamines more sporadically than in previous years, but I still experienced some symptoms. I am concerned about my allergies getting worse and have always wondered if there is anything I can do about it. Would keeping myself otherwise healthy, in other words, maintaining strong immune function, be beneficial for me?
